In-Clinic Services

Our physical practice will support comprehensive GP care with clear appointment structures and patient-focused communication.

GP Appointments

Standard and extended GP consultations for timely, structured care.

  • Our GP appointments are based on standard 15-minute slots. It is usual for our doctors to address one main problem during a standard appointment so that we can see patients in a timely fashion.
  • Patients are asked to attend on time for their appointment, as arriving late can delay other patients.
  • Extended 30-minute appointments may be available for situations such as mental health concerns, initial menopause consultation, long-standing care reviews, or multiple issues that require more time.

Women’s Health

Supportive consultations for common women’s health concerns.

  • We understand that some patients prefer to be seen by a female doctor for women’s health concerns. Availability may vary, and in some cases assessment by a male doctor may be required.
  • Typical consultations may include contraception advice, menstrual cycle concerns, breast complaints, gynaecological concerns, menopause and postmenopausal concerns, fertility concerns, sexual health discussions, and STI screening.
  • A female gynaecologist may also work from the practice, with appointments booked privately.

Men’s Health

A comfortable setting for men to discuss health concerns throughout life.

  • We aim to provide a comfortable space for men to discuss health concerns openly and respectfully.
  • Typical GP consultations may include prostate-related concerns, genital or testicular symptoms, erectile dysfunction, fertility concerns, sexual health discussions, and STI screening.
  • Our doctors will guide each patient according to clinical need, privacy, safety, and appropriate referral pathways when required.

Blood Testing

Blood testing guided by a prior doctor consultation and clinical need.

  • Blood testing is provided when clinically appropriate, but patients must first book a consultation with a doctor. This allows the doctor to assess the concern and decide which blood tests are appropriate.
  • Some tests cannot be requested by a GP or may need a consultant or private laboratory. Some requests may also be declined by the laboratory, as the service is connected to HSE processes.
  • The doctor may take bloods on the day of consultation or may ask the patient to book another appointment. Some tests require specific timing, fasting from midnight, or repeat monitoring for conditions such as diabetes, cholesterol treatment, low iron, or low folate.
  • If you feel weak or faint during blood tests, please inform the nurse or doctor so we can accommodate you safely. Results will be communicated with advice, treatment recommendations, or follow-up where needed.
