Jocseline leads the daily operations at LC Medical Care as Practice Manager and Partner. Fluent in English and Spanish, she strives to make healthcare accessible and straightforward for everyone. Jocseline’s top priority is creating a welcoming atmosphere where patients feel respected, heard, and confident in the standard of care they receive.

Graduated from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, in 2006. He spent the first decade of his career primarily in emergency medicine, gaining extensive experience through rotations in paediatrics, surgery, and oncology.

In 2017, Dr. Murphy undertook his General Practice training in Scotland, where he completed diverse rotations in general medicine, psychiatry (including learning disabilities), obstetrics, and gynaecology. He returned to Ireland in 2022, working as a GP and providing essential out-of-hours care.

Dr. Murphy joined the LC Medical Care team in 2026. While he holds a special interest in sports injuries and acute medicine, he is highly proactive about preventative care, particularly in cardiovascular health and Chronic Disease management

Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Catholic University of Honduras after completing eight years of medical training. During this time, he undertook his internship at Mario Catarino Rivas Hospital in San Pedro Sula and completed his social service year at San Francisco Hospital in Juticalpa, experiences that laid the foundation for his clinical skills and patient-centred approach to care.

Following graduation, Dr Aguilar moved to Spain to continue his medical career, completing his specialist training in Family and Community Medicine in Valladolid. Throughout his four-year residency, he worked across the Magdalena Healthcare Centre and the Clinical University Hospital, gaining extensive experience in general practice, hospital medicine, emergency care, and a wide range of medical specialties.

Since qualifying as a Family Medicine specialist in 2017, Dr Aguilar has worked within Spain's public healthcare system (SACYL – Salud de Castilla y León). After serving in several healthcare centres across the region, he joined the Tordesillas Healthcare Centre in 2019, where he provided comprehensive primary care for almost seven years before relocating to Ireland.

Throughout his career, Dr Aguilar has cared for patients of all ages, managing everything from routine consultations and chronic disease management to urgent medical emergencies. His experience during the COVID-19 pandemic further strengthened his commitment to compassionate, resilient, and patient-focused healthcare.

Dr. Luisana Guevara brings a wealth of international experience to LC Medical Care. She began her medical journey in Venezuela, practicing as a rural doctor, General Practitioner, and Internal Medicine resident. Her career then took her to Spain, where she diversified her expertise by working in geriatric care, addiction rehabilitation, and out-of-hours home emergencies, followed by seven years dedicated to hospital emergency medicine.

I bring over 17 years of international clinical experience in primary care, emergency medicine, and chronic disease management to LC Medical Care. I graduated from the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, where I developed a strong foundation in community-based healthcare and preventive medicine.

I later moved to Spain to continue my professional development and completed my specialist training in Family and Community Medicine at the General University Hospital of Elche. Throughout my career, I have worked across primary care centres, hospital emergency departments, and multidisciplinary clinical teams, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
